INSTALLATIONS: Durham has formed an
Architectural lighting company LUMITECT
which offers theatrical lighting design to Architects and their clients;
projects include the interior specialist lighting for THE SPACE CENTRE in
Bremen Germany, the largest indoor theme park in Europe for which Durham
won an International Illumination Design Award; KING HENRY'S KEEP at Dover
Castle; THE GLASS HOUSE in St Helens; the NUERBURGRING VISITORS CENTRE at
Germany’s famous motor racing course, consultancy
work for Architect Mark Fisher on the ‘HAN SHOW’ THEATRE in Wuhan and
the WUHAN MOVIE THEME PARK in China and S.P.A.C.E. a charity project
providing an environment for handicapped children utilising lighting for
sensory therapy.

Durham
is a member of The British Academy of Film and Television Arts, The Society of British Theatre Designers, The Society of
Television Lighting and Design, The Association of Lighting Designers and
Equity and
is an Honorary Fellow of Rose Bruford College.

his leisure time Durham is a certified SCUBA diver and has undertaken
conservation work in the Maldive Islands, he is also a keen fly fisherman.
