OCA HQ Opening Kuwait

The new OCA headquarters in Kuwait City was opened in March 2009 by IOC President Jacques Rogge in an inauguration ceremony attended by OCA President Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, Director General Husain Al-Musallam and a number of IOC members.

The event was produced by Haider Farman, the OCA manager Asian Games Department. The Associate Lighting Designer was Nick Jones and the lighting was supplied by Procon and programmed by Phil Cole of GrandPA.
